General Rumors about XWP Archive
MAY 2001

Here is the archive!!!

These babies cover May 2001...that's why we call it an ARCHIVE!

Last update: 06-14-01

05-30-01. The last two episodes will be shown as a two hour movie in the major markets including Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, and San Diego, on Saturday June 23, 2001 from 8-10pm. Be sure to check your local station for the exact time that the two shows will be aired.

05-30-01. Gina "Nebula/Hel" Torres recently became engaged to actor Laurence Fishburn.

05-16-01. Well, because of the auction in New Zealand the past few days, we know that there will be 48 Samurai in the series finale! How's that for hard cutting news!! What ever it may mean, those wacky auctioneers sold 48 Samurai costumes. That's a lot of Samurai! We also heard that the actual last filming on the TV show XENA: WARRIOR PRINCESS will be tomorrow (Thursday, May 17, 2001) and it may possibly go into Friday if there is a need. I guess we now have a clue as to why SOUL POSSESSION was held back and two repeats were inserted into the airing schedule before the new episodes resume. I do have it on good authority that the series finale is a BIG story, easily rivaling THE DEBT and ADVENTURES IN THE SIN TRADE. And I say, it's about time. I want to be impressed. But I want to be impressed NOW! But I have to wait 4 weeks. whine.

05-16-01. Newsflash! The WHOOSH reporter role in SOUL POSSESSION will be played by well-known NZ singer Carly Binding. Want to find out more about the NEXT break-out star of XENA: WARRIOR PRINCESS? Click here!
