New Stuff

We have a few BIG updates to Whoosh to enhance your lives...First, we now have a blog. The Whoosh_Org community will be providing updates, taking polls, and handling general discussion--a lot like this mailing list, only in blog format. If you're a member of LiveJournal, feel free to jump in; if you're not, it's free and fun, so join us! Go to http://www.livejournal.com to join; http://www.livejournal.com/community/whoosh_org/ to go straight to the community.

Second, we've finally bowed to suggestion and are opening a store! We're starting with Xena-related merchandise--DVDs and videos, CDs, and books--but will eventually have everything that's available for all the shows we cover. So please help support Whoosh! by buying from us. http://whoosh.org/store We're also going to be having Whoosh! brand t-shirts, mugs, caps, etc., via http://cafestore.com very soon. We'll let you know when they're ready for order.

And last, we're introducing a new regular feature to Whoosh! Once a month, we'll spotlight a Top Twenty list. It might be on any number of Xena-related subjects. What's more, WE WANT YOUR INPUT. We'll be taking suggestions for topics here and on the blog, and when the lists are ready, we'll be asking you to vote. Cynthia and I will be doing our versions, and the Readers' version will round them out. Should be a lot of fun!

We'd also like to remind you that the Xena Season Three DVDs are already out. They have more extras than ever before. I provided interview questions, co-produced the Sacrifice retrospective, and insisted on specific content layout. The feedback has been very positive; check out IGN's review: A, href="http://dvd.ign.com/articles/476/476051p1.html?fromint=1" target="_blank">http://dvd.ign.com/articles/476/476051p1.html?fromint=1 And remember--you can buy it through us!

That's it for now--look for more new and exciting stuff soon!
