Hello,
I am pretty sure that by now you have heard that Actress Liddy Holloway succumbed to liver Cancer in NZ. She was 57 or 59 (according to some of the reports from NZ). I just wanted to say how awesome I thought she was and she would be sorely missed.

Will there be any new episodes of inyuyasha and if so when I have also heard that adult swim is gone from saturday nigt. Is that true or just bad information

Adult Swim still has seasons 4, 5, 6, and 7 to air of Inuyasha. Because of the nature of Adult Swim, the shows are cycled throughout the year. Inuyasha is just in a break period. Also, Adult Swim is still airing Saturday nights.

Africa

Please take a few minutes out of your busy schedule & read thro' this entire mail. It is for a worthy cause.

I want to bring your attention to the continent of Africa.

Most of us know about the AIDS epidemic in Africa but, we may not have realised the seriouness of the actual situation there - the spread of the disease, death, brutality experienced by children left to fend for themselves after their parents have died of AIDS; the horror stories increase with each passing day.

One in every five adults in Africa is infected with AIDS. People are dying by the millions. An entire generation, ages 18 to 55 or so, will soon be wiped out completely. Very soon there will only be very young people & very old people existing in Africa. Millions will be orphaned by 2005 itself. There will be no one to raise an entire generation of kids.

This is the Holocaust of our generation. We are answerable because we exist in this time. Can we really sit back and do nothing?

Oprah Winfrey (http://www.oprah.com) has taken it upon herself to make sure these children are taken care of with respect to education, books, clothes, shoes etc. Oprah and her team held a successful "Christmas Kindness" project in the provinces of South Africa in Dec 2003 and they want to continue to help these children.

For more information on the Christmas Kindness project please refer to the following link: http://www.oprah.com/presents/2003/christmaskindness/pres_2003_ck_main.jhtml

This Christmas and New Year if you would like to do something special for these kids, no matter how small, please consider donating via cheque to the following address:

Oprah's Angel Network
P.O.Box No. 96600
Chicago, IL 60693

There are 2 options to donate: You donate via post/mail or you can donate online.

Please visit the following link to check out these 2 options: https://www.oprah.com/uyl/angel/donate/uyl_angel_donate.jhtml

I think people living outside USA can make a demand draft (which is also a cheque) out to "Oprah's Angel Network" and then send it by Foreign Registry or any other reliable form of post.

A list of the receipients of the money/grants in Africa is available at the following link: http://www.oprah.com/uyl/grants/uyl_grants_main.jhtml

*Please feel free to forward this message to your friends & family & anyone else who you think might be able to help.*

We have a choice to be part of the problem or part of the solution (even if it's only in some small way). Remember, every little bit helps & goes a long way.

Let's make the holidays a happy one not just for you & your family but, for us all.

Wishing Everyone a very Happy Holiday Season filled with Peace & Joy.
