The opening teaser is set in Detroit, two years earlier, where the manager of a dinner masterbates while seeing two teenage employees, named Roxanne and Katie, make out in the kitchen. This is later mentioned when the van driver, Marti, tells Jenny about the two teens who used to go to her high school.
