The opening teaser is set in Rome, Italy the present day which introduces Francesa whom is sexually fondeling a fashion model before a show.
The two nude women in the hot tub during the yacht party are the same women, Tess and Stacy, from the teaser in the 'Lies, Lies, Lies' episode, both of whom apparently know Shane.
