Editor's Note: This is a directory of all the credited female characters and the actors portraying them from the first three seasons and first eight shows of the fourth season of Xena: Warrior Princess. Why was this done? We are obviously insane. However there is no reason for us not to share our insanity.

Dedication

A little over a year ago, Stacey Robillard promoted this project over the objection of others, and lovingly started it as her own individual project. When she was forced earlier this year to abandon it, Lydia Woods stepped into her place to continue it. Through the dedication, hard work, and inspiration of these two women, this directory saw the light of day. It is with great appreciation and admiration that we dedicate this directory to Stacey Robillard and Lydia Woods.

IAXS Executive Committee Member
Beth Gaynor lives in Columbus, Ohio (go Buckeyes!), and designs courses for DPEC, a computer-based training company. Outside of the office, she is often spotted at the Columbus Zoo, where she volunteers as a docent. This usually involves answering the question "Where's the bathroom?", although she gets breaks from that long enough to talk about the animals and help the keepers. Beth has snuck up on her thirtieth birthday wihout once acting her age and stays young and vigorous by battling for house supremacy against her two cats. So far, the struggle is too close to call.

Bat Morda Bat Morda
Bat Morda is the pen name of a graphic designer by day, fan fiction author by night. She lives in Southern California dangerously close to the editor-in-chief of Whoosh!. She enjoys camping, guitar playing, and reading when not immersed in all things Xena. Her sidekick Idgie has a tendency to show up in her stories as Janice Covington's dog Argo. She also collects Hard Rock Cafe guitar pins from all over the world.

Rae Henriksen Rae Henriksen

Victoria Meredith Victoria Meredith
At work, I am Victoria of Borg, assimilated into the great collective known as the company's telephone system, and wearer of a spiffy operator's head-set. At home, I'm the faithful giant servant to my master cats, Samatha and Lia, dutifully scratching behind their ears and keeping their bowls full of their favorite goodies. But to my fish (Ha, ha!), I am the Great Goddess, the bestower light, sustenance and clean water. The danios flock to the front of the tank adoringly (and hungrily) at my approach, while the cories hide in fear and trembling.

When not fulfilling my duties as a credit union phone rep, cat-servant or Great Goddess of fish, I write fantasy, work on my dream to have a literary editing and critiquing business, mentoring other writers. I love to read history, mythology, fiction and just about anything else. Xena, Hercules, Babylon 5 and Deep Space Nine are my favorite shows. For fresh air, I like to hike around the beautiful central coast of California, my home.
Favorite episode: Comedy Episode: BEEN THERE, DONE THAT (48/302); Dramatic Episode: MATERNAL INSTINCTS (57/311)
Favorite line: Autolycus: "No messing with my limbs or bodily functions unless I say so. Got it?" THE QUEST (37/213)
Favorite disclaimer: "Xena's body was not harmed during the production of this motion picture. However, it took weeks for Autolycus to get his swagger back." THE QUEST (37/213)
First episode seen: THE WARRIOR PRINCESS (H09/109)
Least favorite episode: GIANT KILLER (27/203)

Stacey Robillard Stacey Robillard
Whoosh! Staff: Editor-at-Large
Stacey Robillard is a New Hampshire native who is currently residing in Sacramento, California. To support her Xena-habit, she works as a video/dvd buyer for one of the largest audio-video-dvd distributors in the country. In those rare moments when she's not obsessing over XWP, she's been known to wax rhapsodic about Kate Winslet, Tori Amos and the film "Heavenly Creatures".
Favorite episode: Still THE QUEST (37/213); followed closely by, A DAY IN THE LIFE (39/215); IS THERE A DOCTOR IN THE HOUSE (24/124); THE PRICE (44/220); CALLISTO (22/122); THE BITTER SUITE (58/312); and ONE AGAINST AN ARMY (59/313)
Favorite line: Gabrielle: "Can anyone stop them?" Xena: "Yeah, but it won't be warriors, it will be someone like you. I just hope that wherever the Horde is from, they have a Gabrielle." THE PRICE (44/220)
First episode seen: THE BLACK WOLF (11/111) and I kicked myself all week for not taping it. I haven't missed an episode (and have taped them all) since.
Least favorite episode: FORGIVEN (60/314) I don't think I can express how much I H-A-T-E Tara!!! She is evil, pure evil and must be destroyed. Seriously, I will voluntarily watch a 48 hr marathon of FOR HIM THE BELL TOLLS, ULYSSES, KING OF ASSASSINS, KING CON, and CHARIOTS OF WAR before I will ever watch FORGIVEN again!!

Atara Stein Atara Stein
Atara Stein is an associate professor of English literature at an institution of higher learning in Southern California. She lives with her wife Ruth and her children, Sarah and Bradley, who are all wise enough to be XWP fans, and three cats who are not wise enough to be XWP fans. She writes both XWP and HTLJ fan fiction and spends too much money on Xena memorabilia.
